In-house manufacturing
For slaughterhouse waste and wood material. Load it, close the lid and start – then it shreds automatically.

01Why the Shredder
What otherwise costs money to get rid of becomes fuel. The Shredder makes residues burnable – and the boiler turns them into heat you don't have to buy.
Pallets, scrap wood and offcuts – what otherwise costs money to get rid of – become fuel for your own boiler.
Pallets · scrap wood · offcutsIf you have your own forest, you shred wood that is not good enough for timber or pulp into your own wood chips – and burn them yourselves.
Wood · planks · branchesThe Shredder shreds slaughterhouse waste so it can be burned on site and become heat for the plant.

In the long run the waste becomes an asset. We calculate the payback time for your particular plant.
02How it runs
Shredding runs on a timer – while you get on with other things. The lid is opened and closed by an electric actuator, and the shredder shafts only run when it is closed.
Open the lid and load the hopper – pallets and recycled wood.
If the lid is opened during shredding, the shredder shafts stop and the process must be restarted.
03Two widths
The Shredder comes in two widths – with a shaft width of 1,200 or 2,400 mm. The wide version takes longer planks and longer material that could otherwise get stuck in the hopper.

Double the shaft width – for longer planks and longer material. The hopper has vertical short sides.
* Actuator motor output according to the KA1 User Manual, version 1.0. 15 kW refers to the shredder motors and 3 m³ to the volume of the collection bin – the same for both shredders. Data according to Biotherm Heat AB, subject to change.

05The cycle
What would otherwise cost money to get rid of becomes fuel. The Shredder makes the residues burnable – and the boiler turns them into heat you no longer need to buy.
Wood offcuts, pallets and scrap. The Shredder also handles slaughterhouse waste.
Shreds the material automatically, for a set time.
The boiler burns the shredded material.
For the farm or the property.
Scrap becomes fuel instead of a cost – and you no longer have to buy the heat.
06Discharge
The bin stands beneath the Shredder and collects the material for further handling.
A belt beneath the Shredder carries the material on automatically – for example to a wood chip store when shredding wood.
